AGRA: Four persons, including three migrant labourers, were killed and eight others injured after a truck rammed into a parked bus, carrying 67 labourers from Bihar’s Katihar to Delhi, on Yamuna Expressway around 7.15am on Wednesday.
The deceased labourers, who were travelling to Delhi to join back the construction work, were identified as Mohammad Ramjani (22), Mohammad Shamsher (23) and Gopal (24). The truck assistant driver Narendra Misra also died in the mishap.

Talking to TOI, superintendent of police (city), Udai Shankar Singh, said that the bus was parked on the roadside on Yamuna Expressway as its diesel had run out. Many passengers were also standing on the road when the truck, coming from Agra, rammed into the bus killing the passengers.
Udai Shankar Singh said that their bodies have been sent for post-mortem and the injured are admitted in hospital for treatment. According to doctors, their condition is stable and they all are out of danger.
According, Mohammad Wasim, relative of a deceased, the bus started from Katihar at 5pm on Monday and all workers were travelling to Delhi to join back construction work after lockdown. The company, L&T Constructions, had sent the bus for them. He added that they all were travelling to Sector 25, Dwarka.
