THE HAZARDS OF HELEN: IN DANGER'S PATH (1915)
Cast: Helen Holmes, Leo Maloney. Directed by James Davis and J.P. McGowan. ~ ~ ~ Episode 033 of the 119-episode railroad series. Train thieves lock up the Hobart Junction telegraph operator (Helen Holmes) in a refrigerated box car to prevent her from telegraphing the authorities. Meanwhile, an agent from the main office (Leo Maloney) fights with the thieves and is left on the railroad tracks to die - unless Helen can manage to rescue him before the oncoming train arrives. 13 minutes.

IT'S A GIFT (1923)
Cast: Snub Pollard, Marie Mosquini, William Gillespie, Wallace Howe, Mark Jones. Directed by Hugh Fay. ~ ~ ~ Snub uses several creative inventions to assist him in his daily routine, including his now-famous magnet car. One of the truly classic short films of the silent era. 13 minutes.
